KRAV MAGA SEMINAR

You will get a confirmation from us when it gets closer to the date of the class.  
If you cannot make the seminar, please let us know.

Please arrive at the location no more than 30 minutes prior to the seminar.  Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing such as sweats or cargo pants, shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.  Men are encouraged to wear groin cups.  Bring hydration and snacks in a gear bag if you have one but a gear bag is not required.  You will sign a release prior to participation in the event.  If you have friends or family that wish to attend, please have them sign up using the same link you did.
